Mark J. Kalinoski,47, of Sun Prairie will face fifth offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated charge.

Police, who were called to the area on a separate call, said that about 7:45 p.m. on June 15, witnesses approached an officer saying that Kalinoski was seen staggering in the Road Ranger Gas Station on the 4100 block of Commercial Avenue.Later, the officer said he saw Kalinoski in a car driving in a nearby park.  

The officer drove toward a nearby parking lot, and while approaching the vehicle of Kalinoski, he said Kalinoski immediately got out of his car.

The officer said Kalinoski was stumbling and staggering while trying to convince the officer that he had not been operating his vehicle.

Police said that Kalinoski stated, "I can’t do field sobriety.  What would be the point."
