Man driving teens accused of 2nd OWI | Crime
A Portage man was arrested on suspicion of a second drunken-driving offense after police said he crashed his car on Madison's east side.
The Madison Police Department said Troy D. Hall, 36, was driving on Wittwer Road Friday at about 8:30 p.m. when he had a single-car accident. According to police, Hall was impaired and lost control while turning.
Police said there were three teenage passengers with Hall. No one was hurt but the vehicle was significantly damaged, the report said.
Hall was charged with second-offense operating while intoxicated and inattentive driving, Madison police said.
