Car Targeted By Vandals In Northeast Madison | Crime
Title (Max 100 Charaters)
A woman contacted police Tuesday morning after discovering words written in water-based paint on her car, according to the Madison Police Department.
The car had been parked in a driveway near Portage Road near Reindahl Park, police said.
They said the words were conflicting because some represented white supremacists while others were more symbolic of an African-American gang.
The woman said she did not know of anyone who might be targeting her.
Police said they helped the victim wash paint from the car.
Anyone with information about the graffiti is asked to call Madison Area Crime Stoppers at 608-266-6014.
